Musix Parade, Friday 9 July, Tel Aviv Boardwalk
The Tel Aviv boardwalk, from Herbert Samuel St. to the Charles Clore Park, will rock to the sounds of heavy metal, trance, underground, house-club, black music and more at the annual Musix Parade, which will take place Friday 9 July from noon. Billed as the city’s largest street party on their Facebook page, the Musix Parade will host dozens of bands performing on trucks that move slowly along the boardwalk, as thousands of tourists and locals dance alongside. The parade will arrive at Charles Clore Park opposite the David Intercontinental Hotel at about 14:30 for an outdoor music festival headlining Balkan Beat Box and DJ Skazi.

Opera In The Hayarkon Park, Thursday, 29 July
The Israeli Opera will present Carmen by Bizet in a free summer opera happening at the Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv on Thursday, 29 July 2010 at 21:00. The opera will be sung in French, with surtitles in English and Hebrew.
Free seating on the grass, entrance from 19:00.
Hot Dance 2010, Suzanne Dellal Center, July And August
This summer’s Hot Dance Festival at the Suzanne Dellal Center in Neveh Tzedek includes 84 dance performances, 19 premieres by leading Israeli and international dance companies and a range of styles including contemporary dance, Middle Eastern, flamenco, and interdisciplinary works. Opening the festival is Madrid Dance, a celebration of traditional and contemporary Spanish dance from July 1 – 10. Other international performers at the festival include the Paris Opera Ballet and the Black Light Theatre from Prague.

Thursdays At The Jaffa Flea Market, July And August
The renowned Jaffa flea market will be open to visitors and tourists every Thursday evening (from 20:00) through July and August for a unique entertainment and leisure experience in the narrow streets and alleyways of the "shuk". Visitors can enjoy late-night shopping and browsing in the market's unique and eclectic selection of stores and art galleries. Restaurants, cafes and bars will also be open late into the night. The opening Thursday event will take place on 1 July within the framework of the White Night celebration, with street theater and various musical ensembles adding to the festive atmosphere.
In addition, a special exhibition marking the 20 year anniversary of the Israel Antiquities Authority will take place from 1-8 July at the Amiad Center, followed by an exhibition of plastic arts (15 July-12 August).
